Cammy designs security solutions, which allow individuals to check and monitor homes, family and pets from anywhere, using a mobile app.

With a variety of cameras for both indoor and outdoor use, Cammy’s smartphone integration allows customers to receive custom notifications and alarms when a person is detected at their premises.

The company originally launched in Australia in 2014, and is now operating in 107 countries around the world.


Cammy had previously engaged another telemarketing company in the UK, and had not achieved the results they had hoped. Cammy generates a high number of inbound enquiries and leads daily through their website and social media ads, it was vital for this to be followed up by a proactive UK sales force who could expertly handle and close these leads.

Cammy needed a partner who would provide regular feedback and updates across each element of the campaign, as well as achieving a desired 5% conversion rates on all leads.

Our Response...

We provided a team of sales experts including a campaign manager dedicated to Cammy. We designed a telesales campaign, committed to responding to incoming leads in a timely fashion and overseeing the entire sales process for Cammy in the UK.  The Air team qualified the leads, converted them into sales and handled objections to move conversations to opportunities.

Our campaign focused on increasing sales for Cammy through talking to prospects who had shown an interest online and showcasing to them the benefits of Cammy’s solution, with a focus on discussing home security and the benefits of the service for families and individuals. The team exceeded the 5% conversion target.
