Overview

Oxygen is an IT and support consultancy based in Bermuda. 

The company provide a range of IT support services to SMEs and larger businesses.

THE CHALLENGE...

Oxygen had grown organically for the past 9 years and now wanted to try and target Bermuda using telemarketing. However, they needed expert guidance on how to approach to an outbound calling campaign. They had struggled to find a reputable telemarketing agency in Bermuda, so they were keen to engaged a UK provider.

Our Response...

We initially worked with Oxygen to understand the Bermuda culture and their market, to ensure we maximised the efficiency of an outbound business development campaign, with the relevant messaging and approach.

We designed a campaign that targeted Bermuda businesses that needed IT support services. Although the initial audience comprised professional services providers and SMEs, Air successfully introduced Oxygen to larger corporate companies within broader range of industries, who had a need for their services.

Oxygen initially provided Air with a list of companies to target. This initiated a great response, giving both Oxygen and Air a solid start to the campaign. Air has since sourced Bermudan data for Oxygen, targeting a defined audience that has yielded an even greater number of appointments.
