Funding Circle help businesses throughout the UK to expand, hire, boost cash flow or fund their next step by igniting opportunities for businesses and investors by providing a better deal for everyone. This is achieved by providing companies with business loans from £5k to £1 million. Funding Circle are proud to have helped over 30,000 companies finance their business objectives.
Funding Circle were already working with another telemarketing supplier in the UK but wanted to compare agencies to ensure they were getting the best possible outcomes from their investment. Alongside this, they wanted to increase their activity, create cross-agency competition and cover as their activity grew.
In order to ensure Funding Circle, talk to the right decision makers, Air suggested a lead generation campaign designed to generate both phone appointments and where possible opportunities that required live transfers to the Funding Circle team.
Once a lead had been qualified to the agreed criteria, Air would either live transfer the prospect to the Funding Circle Account Managers or agree a specific time for the Account Managers to call the prospect back to help them make an application for funding. This solution allows Funding Circle to provide a quote for a business loan whilst on the phone with the prospect.
Funding Circle’s target audience is business owners and Directors who are either, looking to gain access to funding between £5k – £1 million, or those that want to take their business further but haven’t yet looked into funding.
It is Air’s job to ensure they get through to the right decision maker on the phone and ask the right questions to uncover a need for funding.
