Oxygen is an IT and support consultancy based in Bermuda. The company provide a range of IT support services to small, medium and large businesses.
Oxygen had grown organically for the past 9 years and now wanted to try and target Bermuda via telemarketing. However, they weren’t sure on the right way to go about an outbound calling operation, so needed the know-how.
Bermuda also lacked a reputable telemarketing supplier on the island, so they looked at the UK for a supplier to partner with.
Air Marketing Group set to understand the Bermuda culture and market, to maximise the efficiency of an outbound business development campaign.
Oxygen initially provided Air with a list of companies to target. This initiated a great response, giving both Oxygen and Air a solid start to the campaign. Air has since sourced Bermudan data for Oxygen, targeting the right audience to set even more appointments.
Oxygen set out to target companies within Bermuda that needed IT support services. Although the initial audience sought professional services and SMEs, Air were able to introduce Oxygen to larger corporate companies and broader range of industries.
Air Marketing Group started working with Oxygen in September 2016, and has since run multiple campaigns over specific time periods.
At the time this case study was written, Air Marketing Group had generated the following results:
• 83 appointments
• 55 further opportunities in the pipeline
• 662 conversations with decision makers
• 12.6% conversion rate (decision maker conversations that resulted in a meeting)
• 352 hours of calling
Off the back of the success of the campaign, Oxygen signed up to a 12 month contract.
