A little bit of background info:
My career originally began in recruitment and through this I found that I was passionate about building long-lasting relationships, learning how businesses function, their growth and development and the need for a robust infrastructure in order to support this. Since working in recruitment I have had a wealth of experience in senior roles around business support, account management, process improvements and organisational development and I strongly believe in the power of communication. Investing in the support and growth of staff has always been at the core of everything I do and joining the team at Air has shown me that this ethos is at the epicentre of everything this amazing company does.
A little bit about your current role:
As Business Support Manager, I have the pleasure of working with staff members at all levels and my responsibility is to provide support to the senior team across all the departments to ensure they run smoothly and to seek ways in which we can improve efficiency and productivity. I am also involved in many of the organisational projects, driving the progress, reporting to all parties involved and helping to deliver the project goals. I consider myself to be extremely lucky to be working for such a diverse, dynamic and forward-thinking business and am excited for what my future holds with Team Air!
