A little bit of background info:
I am originally from Farnham, Surrey and moved to the South West 20 years ago with my family. I’ve been a people leader for over 17 years and have always believed in absolutely investing EVERYTHING into the wellbeing of the people I have managed. I had a 150 + strong team covering the South West and South Wales with a Field Marketing Agency and loved every minute of getting to know each one of them. I have also been in Commercial Recruitment and started my career as a PA which is where my Manager recognised, I was far too interested in everyone and everything to sit behind a desk typing letters (yes, I had a typewriter and I could use a dictaphone for anyone who knows what that is)!
A little bit about your current role:
I started my role as Sales Team Manager in November 2019. I am responsible for the Delivery Team and driving performance for our clients. I work closely with the Operations Director in ensuring we create the perfect working environment for our employees, be that incentive schemes or general mentoring and coaching. I believe we have the best training any sales agency can deliver and am proud to be part of the Air family.
