Following a successful global career in hospitality, Kate decided it was time to depart and move on to pastures new. She literally ‘fell’ into a recruitment career after an application for another role. Kate built a successful desk for herself as a Senior Commercial Recruitment Consultant and hasn’t looked back since.
A little bit about your current role:
Kate was asked to form the birth of Seed Talent, as a sister company of Air Marketing, to launch and build a business focusing on securing SDR’s and Account Executives into SaaS companies who have a requirement for top talent and are growing.
Kate and her team provide tailor-made recruitment strategies for each client, assisting businesses in hiring SDRs and AEs to become future leaders within the company.
