A little bit of background info:
I began at Air back in 2024, starting out as a Business Development Executive. In that time I’ve generated pipeline across B2B and B2C campaigns spanning many different sectors. That variety gave me the experience needed to adapt to different industries and understanding what it takes to connect with decision-makers at every level. Over time I took on more responsibility – coaching and onboarding new reps, leading campaigns and managing both team performance and client relationships alongside it. Progressing into my New Business SDR role felt like a natural next step, and it’s one I’m really proud of. Outside of work, you’ll find me following Exeter City every Saturday and keeping up with the San Antonio Spurs. I’m always up for a game of darts (never said I was any good) and when I’m not doing that, there’s always music on and I’ll no doubt have a strong opinion on whatever film I’ve just watched.
A little bit about your current role:
As a New Business SDR, my role sits at the top of the sales funnel – identifying opportunities and turning them into real conversations. Day to day, that means a combination of targeted multichannel prospecting, as well as qualifying incoming leads and booking meetings that set the rest of the team up for success. It’s a role that keeps you on your toes, and I love the challenge of opening doors and building pipelines that drive genuine business growth.
