A little bit of background info:

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Holly has built a career by stepping outside her comfort zone and embracing new opportunities. Starting out as a History and English teacher, she later moved into university recruitment and medical administration, gaining a breadth of experience across education, professional services, and healthcare.

This varied background has given her a strong foundation in communication, organisation, and relationship-building – skills that translate naturally into business development. It also brings a different perspective to sales, combining people-focused thinking with a structured, problem-solving approach.

A little bit about your current role:

She first joined Air Marketing as a temporary Business Development Executive in February 2024. After completing the Camino de Santiago, she returned to the team in September and quickly became a permanent member of the business in November.

Since then, her role has evolved rapidly. She stepped into a part-time Academy Lead position in December 2024, progressed to Senior BDE in January 2025, and moved into a Team Manager role in January 2026.

Today, she leads the Gold Coast team, with a focus on driving performance, improving call quality, and building deeper sector-specific knowledge across the team. Her role centres on coaching BDEs to perform at their best, responding quickly to changes in financial markets, and ensuring clients such as Funding Circle receive consistently high-performing outbound activity.
