A little bit of background info:
I’ve been with Air for just over a year, starting as a Business Development Executive where I worked across a wide range of campaigns, from innovative e-commerce software providers to fleet efficiency solutions. That variety gave me a real grounding in adapting to different industries, learning how to connect with decision-makers, and building confidence in shaping successful campaigns. Over my time here, I’ve since progressed into the Account Manager role, something I’m really excited about as it allows me to focus on building long-term partnerships and making a real impact for my clients. Outside of work, I’m a lover of films, music and writing, and more often than not you’ll find me nose-deep in a book.
A little bit about your current role:
As an Account Manager, my role is to act as the dedicated relationship lead for my clients, working as an extension of their business. Day to day, I’m responsible for ensuring campaigns run smoothly and strategically. From planning and leading review meetings to analysing performance data and spotting opportunities for growth. I collaborate closely with our delivery teams to keep everything on track, while maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach so my clients can feel confident they’re getting the very best outcomes from their campaigns.
