A little bit of background information:
I have over 15 years of experience in the sales industry and my passion is the analytical elements of business development. Time spent at industry leading agencies throughout my career has allowed me to become an experienced, strategic Manager. After 2 years spent in Portsmouth managing Lead Generation for (at the time) Europe’s largest managed print provider I relocated to the South West at the end of 2016. I came with a young family, seeking new challenges and better weather. Outside of my duties at Air and Roots I would describe myself as a self-confessed pop culture geek and dedicated family man.
A little bit about your current role:
As CRM Manager, I am the main point of contact for client HubSpot training, questions and setup. I am responsible for bringing our clients Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service processes and strategies to life via CRMs, primarily utilising our HubSpot platform.
I help our clients create an engaging CRM strategy, implementing and executing CRM programs to drive increased customer retention and satisfaction, while helping to achieve our client’s revenue targets. No stranger to the Air Marketing and Roots to Market teams, I moved from my role of Campaign Operations Director at Air Marketing into this new role in March 2022.
