Nicola Roberts

With a background in digital marketing, Nicola brings an abundance of marketing experience to the Air team. She loves everything digital as well as being creative. Nicola has a positive attitude and is enthusiastic – you will find Nicola working with the whole team and our clients on planning digital campaigns, managing website projects, delving into reporting, executing paid social media campaigns and much more!

Nicola is also Airs chief social organiser!

Hannah Sanders

A little bit of background info:

Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked in a variety of roles since leaving Exeter College where I studied TV & Film Production.  I started in retail in a Visual Merchandiser role, where I first learned the importance of using quality advertising in order to drive traffic and improve customer experience, and how that can impact/generate growth and sales. I then did a short stint at a leading energy firm where my role was strategic B2B account management, before moving into one of the South West’s leading independent estate agents. During my 7 years with the company, I had many opportunities to progress and worked my way up through various roles including Assistant Manager of Lettings, where I qualified as a member of ARLA Propertymark, and then into Sales & Marketing, where I recognised my passion for the marketing side of the business. My new role opened a door for me to work alongside an external marketing agency to refresh the brand, work on new campaigns and manage the social media channels, all with a goal to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and drive new business. It re-ignited my creative flare; passion for writing and design, thus producing editorial, marketing and social content fell on my shoulders. I absolutely loved it and grew the company’s online presence considerably in under a year, which gave me the push I needed to pursue a career in marketing.

Outside of work I live in the heart of Exeter and love city life. I’m a massive foodie so you can always count on me to try out all the new eateries, and when I’m not here in Devon you’ll find me travelling abroad to continue my search for good food and good wine!

A little bit about your current role:

With Air’s rapid expansion, I joined as Air’s new Marketing Executive in November 2021. After just 8 months, I was promoted to Senior Marketing Executive, working closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to lead the delivery of marketing activity and projects for Air. My role is to contribute towards the marketing strategy, bringing new ideas that drive brand awareness and lead generation, whilst maintaining strong internal relationships to ensure our marketing and sales strategies align. A key part of my role includes a brand re-fresh as we expand our service lines.

There is a lot of variety in my role, from owning Air’s social channels and podcast series, to managing email campaigns, PPC and sales enablement. My favourite thing about my role is the freedom I have to be creative with our content and expand into new spaces, with the goal of setting us apart from competitors and growing the company to new levels.

With both agency and in-house experience across a range of industries, Becca brings her knowledge of all things digital marketing to team Air.  From content, email, social and website, Becca’s expertise and keen eye for detail allows her to transform your online presence, driving opportunities and results.

Tamara is a true brand guardian and a consummate professional who rises to every challenge that comes her way. Highly organised Tamara is skilled in social media, personal branding, and content, she delivers for our clients on all fronts, taking care of the little details that make the difference.

Jess House

Jess is a skilled marketing professional who works closely with our clients, as our Account Director, to develop strong working relationships. Her excellent client servicing levels and drive to always do what’s strategically right, helps our clients to achieve their business goals.

Jess loves seeing a plan come together and delivering strong results through integrated campaigns supported with creative, yet strategic marketing. Jess is passionate about digital marketing and determining how this growing landscape can work successfully for our clients.

Shaun Weston

A little bit of background information:

I have over 15 years of experience in the sales industry and my passion is the analytical elements of business development. Time spent at industry leading agencies throughout my career has allowed me to become an experienced, strategic Manager. After 2 years spent in Portsmouth managing Lead Generation for (at the time) Europe’s largest managed print provider I relocated to the South West at the end of 2016. I came with a young family, seeking new challenges and better weather. Outside of my duties at Air I would describe myself as a self-confessed pop culture geek and dedicated family man.

A little bit about your current role:

As Head of Revenue Operations, I play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of all our campaigns. Serving as a centralised point of information, I am committed to providing data-driven insights and strategic direction to our campaigns. I lead the process of creating the most fitting go-to-market strategies; collaborating with our Sales and Account Management teams to drive campaign performance and meet KPIs.

Owen Richards

A little bit of background information:

Originally from Kent, I started my sales career at our Sister Company (Forrest Marketing Group) in Sydney, Australia, when I went travelling for 12 months in 2007-2008. I started as a Telesales Executive and, having planned to be in Australia for a year, I was sponsored by the company and stayed for 8 years, during which time I became Head of Sales and Operations.

In 2015, my Wife, Amy, and I moved back to the UK to start a family. In early 2016, I Co-Founded Air Marketing Group with my business partner and the Managing Director of Forrest Marketing Group, Richard Forrest. Seven years on, Air now has 100+ employees, is parent company to a sales recruitment company (Seed Talent) and is working with companies that are leaders in their respective industries.

A little bit about your current role:

My role at Air is to strategically drive the company forward and work closely with our leadership team, ensuring that we’re delivering value for our clients and employees alike. I am passionate about providing a great place to work and creating careers, so I put a lot of energy and focus into developing individuals within our team. My relentless positivity and ambitious nature keep us all focused on the goals of our organisation and I am known for my big ideas and ‘let’s make it happen’ attitude.
