A little bit of background information:
I’m an experienced Account Director and Revenue Operations professional, with a demonstrated history of working in the sales and marketing industry for nearly 20 years. I’ve been at Air since early 2017, after relocating to the South West (I think I was employee number 11!), so I have seen all our growth and probably done every role, from Business Development Executive to Account Director to Head of Rev Ops! I’m definitely more geeky about CRM systems, Sales Tech Stacks and A.I. than most people can stomach, and that geek-obsessive personality trait carries across into my personal interests and my love of Pop Culture.
A little bit about your current role:
As the Head of Technology and Sales Optimisation, I lead the development, execution, and operational delivery of our sales process offering, focussing on expanding sales opportunities, strengthening client relationships, improving lead conversion and increasing revenue transparency to drive overall business growth. This is also the internal role I’m responsible for at Air, where I focus on driving Air’s vision of utilising technology to improve efficiency and performance, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of industry trends while delivering superior value to clients and internal stakeholders.
A little bit of background info:
My career originally started as an Inbound Call Handler at a contact centre. I was quickly promoted to the Contact Centre Trainer where my passion for helping and developing others grew. Wanting to pursue my love of working with people, I moved into a HR & Facilities role for just shy of 5 years at a business on the outskirts of Exeter. I studied my CIPD level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management which allowed me to start looking for my next step up – Air!
A little bit about your current role:
I now head up HR at Air Marketing, with my responsibility focused on our people strategy. Our employees are the most important and valuable part of our company and I have been given the opportunity to build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with them. Sometimes it can be hard juggling the many different things this role has to offer but that challenge, alongside the results it brings is immensely rewarding.
A little bit of background information
My passion for data was discovered when working for a major insurance provider based in Cardiff. I started as a Call Forecast Analyst in 2008, forecasting call volumes for New Business, Customer Service and Renewals, then latterly Claims, as well as staff scheduling. I was part of a small team that implemented a Workforce Management Software into the business, defining every aspect from call routings to staff planning software. My data career diverged slightly for a few years when I became an Auditor, then a Compliance Executive, for a Price Comparison Website. These roles included insurance partner revenue assurance, data protection adherence, PCW GDPR data mapping and implementing procurement & risk event databases. I returned to the insurance business in 2017 as an MI Analyst using SAS & SQL queries to answer ad-hoc queries from an array of departments, before moving to Risk Analysis where I helped define and report on customer facing department’s KPI and KRI dashboards, as well as using SQL to provide insights into risk events and remediation.
In 2022 my family moved from South Wales to Devon, which also brought about a career move to a company that specialises in fleet driver behaviour technology, providing real-time driving feedback to reduce fleet fuel spend, CO2 emissions and reduce accidents. During my time here I used SQL and Python to run scheduled reports and answer ad-hoc queries.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching football (my playing days are well and truly behind me), reading, listening to my ever-growing vinyl collection, and spending time with family and friends.
A little bit about your current role
At Air Marketing, I handle all things data! This includes providing data analysis and insights for our team leaders, and visualising performance for our clients.
A little background info:
My career in HR started over 15 years ago when I worked for a local council within the recruitment services team – this is where my love for the industry began.
Before joining Air in September 2021, I had the pleasure of being a stay-at-home mum until my daughter started primary school, I also studied my Level 5 CIPD in HR Management and worked in various roles at a local school.
I was originally born in Somerset where I was brought up on the Quantock Hills. I moved to Devon in 2011 with my partner, and since being in the county have discovered a love for water sports (even though I am a wimp with the cold and seaweed!), the South West Coast Path and Dartmoor!

My role includes delivering and facilitating training and training needs and allocating work for our ever growing BDE team.

A little bit of background information:
Starting my Financial career back in 2006 as an Accounts Clerk, I’ve had a varied career in a diverse mix of industries. It’s one of the reasons that I love my career in finance; having the opportunity to add value to different companies. Until 2005, I lived in Cornwall but felt that moving to Devon would provide me with the challenging career I sought and still fulfil my passion for the outdoors. In my spare time, I try to make the most of both the countryside and coast in the South West by enjoying the coastal paths, hiking on Dartmoor or enjoying an often-refreshing dip in the sea.
A little bit about your current role:
Overseeing the whole accounting function at Air, I am responsible for day-to-day activities as well as providing financial analysis and accurate reporting to help the Senior Leadership Team and Board make informed decisions on the strategic drive of the company. The custodian of Air’s financial health is an important and daunting role, however the strong team culture amongst Air colleagues provides a supportive environment to implement & strengthen financial management processes. I’m excited to be part of the team and look forward to supporting the future growth and success of Air.
A little bit of background information:
I’ve always been drawn to technology and its ability to solve real-world problems. That curiosity evolved into a clear ambition: to work in a role where I could turn that interest into practical impact. I joined Air in September 2022 as a Business Development Executive, where I gained first-hand insight into the challenges professionals face across the industry—experience that continues to inform my work today.
A little bit about your current role:

My focus lies in building bespoke, in-house systems that harness the power of AI, APIs, and databases—enabling smarter decision-making and supporting scalable growth.
Alongside my role, I’m pursuing a degree in Computer Science, combining academic learning with hands-on experience to stay at the forefront of digital innovation and deliver impactful results.
