A little bit of background info:
Having worked in marketing for some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, including Universal Pictures, ITV, Tesco, and BT, my career journey has taken me from the bustle of London back to my roots in Exeter. Over the last seven years, I’ve partnered with SMEs across the region, driving their multi-channel marketing strategies with a focus on achieving measurable growth.
Outside of work, life is full of adventures with my partner, our daughter, and our energetic dog. From beach walks and farm shop visits to playdates and family outings, I’m often found exploring the beautiful South West or daydreaming about far-flung destinations.
A little bit about your current role:
At Air, I lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of high-impact digital marketing campaigns. My goal is to deliver real results for our clients, ensuring every campaign provides measurable ROI and meaningful benefits. Collaborating closely with businesses, I help guide and execute their marketing activities, offering a partnership that’s as strategic as it is impactful.
A little bit of background info:
With a background spanning media, energy, and property, I bring a creative-meets-commercial mindset to marketing. It was during my time in Sales & Marketing at a leading estate agency that I discovered my passion for marketing — watching the business’s digital presence grow under my leadership sparked a lasting shift in my career.
Outside of work, I live on the outskirts of Exeter with my fiancé and our daughter. Weekends are for walking, animal spotting, hunting down ice cream, and scouting out the next picnic spot. And when we can, we hop on a plane to take the search a little further afield!
A little bit about your current role:
Since joining Air in 2021 as a Marketing Executive, I’ve progressed into a leadership role, growing through a series of key milestones. Now (unofficially) known as Air’s ‘brand guardian’, I lead the full spectrum of marketing delivery — from shaping campaign strategy and go-to-market plans to overseeing content, social, email, paid media, and brand development. I work closely with our commercial team to generate high-quality leads, elevate brand visibility, and contribute to business growth through insight-driven, commercially aligned marketing.
A little bit of background information
I’ve recently completed my degree in Business Management with a specialism in Marketing, which equipped me with valuable industry knowledge that I now apply in my work. Alongside my studies, I worked at a leading South West recruitment company, managing all their marketing initiatives. This role gave me the chance to broaden my skills, from organising charity events and managing social media, to creating websites, shaping brand identities, and crafting award entries. It was a hands-on experience that not only complemented my studies, but also deepened my passion for marketing.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Staying active is important to me too, I love a good swim or run, often followed by an oat latte.
A little bit about your current role
As Marketing Coordinator at Air Marketing, I’m proud to be part of an amazing team dedicated to driving success for our wonderful clients. In my role, I work on a variety of marketing initiatives that help our clients grow their brands and achieve their goals, from planning campaigns and demand generation, to content creation and digital marketing.
A little bit of background info:
After graduating from Falmouth University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Fashion Marketing in 2018, I returned to Devon and began my career at a PR and marketing agency in Exeter. Starting as an Account Assistant Intern, I advanced to a Senior Account Executive in just over 2.5 years. This experience laid a strong foundation for my role as Social Media and PR Manager, and eventually Marketing Manager, at one of the UK’s leading independent footwear retailers.
In 2023, seeking a role closer to home, I joined Air Marketing as an Administrative Assistant, this was followed by a secondment overseeing the company’s marketing activity whilst my colleague was on maternity leave, and now I’m back as Air’s Business Administration Manager. My slightly varied career journey has equipped me with a unique skill set that I’m excited to bring to this role.
Outside of work, you’ll find me either in the garden, the pottery studio, an independent coffee shop, exploring Devon’s beautiful countryside and coast, or spending time with my family, friends and dog, Grayson.
A little bit about your current role:
As our Business Administration Manager, I support the daily operation of Air Marketing. Managing a variety of tasks across human resources, internal marketing, project management and business administration.
